To request a return or exchange, please note the following:

• A clear unboxing video is required as proof if your product arrives damaged.
• The video must show you opening the sealed package from start to end, without any cuts, edits, or filters.
• Without this video, we cannot accept a return or refund.
• If the product gets damaged after delivery, it won’t be eligible for a return.

If your return is approved:

• The item must be sent back in its original condition with all packaging and jewellery boxes.
• Once we receive and check the product, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the same payment method used for your order.
